   Fwrd Socials provides social media management, content creation, digital marketing, branding, and related services. Specific service details will be outlined in separate agreements with clients.

2. Intellectual Property
   All content, designs, graphics, templates, and materials created by Fwrd Socials remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Payment & Refunds
   Payments for services are due as specified in client agreements. All invoices must be paid by the due date. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitation of Liability
   Fwrd Socials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered within the scope of the agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (images, branding, etc.), feedback, and approvals within the agreed timelines. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs or feedback.

6. Modifications
   We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
